Employment Type : Full-Time, Afternoon Shift (230pm-1130pm) (Paid 8.5hrs / day)

Position Overview :

As the Extrusion Operator, you will play a key role in overseeing the operation of our vinyl extrusion machine. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

You will be responsible for setup, changeovers, and operation of the extrusion machine in order to achieve production targets and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate vinyl extrusion machine according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform changeovers and adjustments to ensure smooth operation and optimal product quality.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience operating and setting up a vinyl extrusion machine is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
