As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a confident, collaborative, and hands-on finance leader to join our leadership team as our Finance Controller .

The Role : Reporting directly to the Founding Director and overseeing a small finance team, the Finance Controller will lead all financial operations and provide strategic direction in support of business growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance daily execution with long-term planning.
