POSITION AVAILABLE : General Maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with maintenance activities to ensure that all production equipment and plant utilities are functioning in a reliable manner (all areas of the plant)
- Cleaning of equipment
- Ensure the procurement and availability of required material, machinery, equipment, tools, parts, services, and supplies for use in production of the product or related equipment
- Diagnose / troubleshoot repairs involving small production equipment such as pre-press equipment, banders, tape machine, shrink machine, recycler, compactor, shrink tunnel, joggers and printing presses
- Order parts and supplies as needed to satisfy production requirements
- Maintain computerized maintenance software
- Greasing of equipment, maintenance of RH nozzles, others as required
- Dismantles machines or equipment, replace defective parts and motors, and adjusts feed mechanisms.
- Cleans and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies to satisfy production schedule
- Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Lead, Senior Maintenance Employees, and Operations Manager
REQUIREMENT
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Computer skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask

- Must be able to work all shifts, on call for after-hours support
