Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims in accordance with established guidelines.
- Enter data accurately and maintain well-organized records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone inquiries ensuring strong grammar and proper email etiquette in all communications.
- Perform general administrative duties including scanning photocopying and filing documents.
- Communicate effectively with stores regarding all warranty-related matters
