We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of People & Culture to join our leadership team. This pivotal role is focused on maximizing team happiness through innovative hiring, recognition, celebration, and compensation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for making people happy and does not necessarily need a traditional HR background.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Happiness : Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment. Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Effective Hiring : Lead the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent. Ensure that our hiring practices are inclusive and align with our company culture and values.
- Recognition & Celebration : Design and execute programs that recognize and celebrate team member achievements and milestones.
Create a culture of appreciation and continuous recognition.
- Compensation Strategies : Develop and manage competitive compensation programs that support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Culture Building : Lead efforts to strengthen and evolve our company culture, ensuring it reflects our values and enhances the employee experience.
Promote initiatives that build team cohesion and engagement.
Employee Engagement : Facilitate our 1on1 strategy and conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge team member sentiment.
Develop action plans based on feedback to continuously improve the work environment.
- Diversity & Inclusion : Promote diversity and inclusion across all levels of the organization. Implement policies and practices that foster a welcoming and equitable workplace.
- Leadership & Collaboration : Work closely with the executive team to align people and culture strategies with overall business goals.
Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related issues.
