What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with senior decision-makers across the IT sector.
• Drive new business acquisition and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Use modern sales tools and market insights to fuel your pipeline.
• Represent MatchBox at industry events and within professional networks.
• Partner closely with recruitment teams to deliver a standout client experience.

What You Bring

• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or B2B service sales, ideally in IT or professional services.
• A record of new business wins, account growth, or client relationships you’re ready to build on.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Motivation, resilience, and the drive to scale your career.
