Junior Accountant

The Junior Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the client's projects, assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities
The Junior Accountant in Vancouver will be responsible for :
- GL account balance reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Clear accounts - sales tax receivables, sales A / R, and A / P payroll.
- Assist AP team with monthly Accounts Payables Duties
- Respond to inquiries from the Controller and Management regarding special reporting requests.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process.
Qualifications
The Junior Accountant in Vancouver will have :
- 2+ years of experience with full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAGE).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
