- Your main responsibilities will include : -Identifying conflicts of interest and build ethical walls; -Maintaining and applying compliance procedures in different situations;
- Writing various reports and documenting the firm's files; -Analyzing information according to regulations and policies;
- Contributing to several compliance-related projects; -Ensuring ongoing training for teams, and designing and updating procedure documents;
- Being the go-to person for employees regarding compliance programs; -Any other related tasks. SKILLS REQUIRED : -Bachelor's degree in administration, law or any related field;
- Relevant experience in a similar position, in a professional services firm; -Good level of bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; -Autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management; -Precision, proactivity and analytical thinking;
