Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Fleet and Facility Maintenance, as the as the Fleet and Facility Maintenance Administrator you are responsible for coordination, administration, and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet and facilities in an organized, efficient, attentive manner while being compliant with government regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in the registration, initial tagging, title processing, managing tag renewals, transferring, and disposal of company vehicles.
- Monitoring fleet inventory, ensuring all vehicles are accounted for and maintained effectively.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Fleet Manager and other team members as needed.
- Collating, inputting, maintaining and managing data in fleet management systems.
- Supporting and scheduling of vehicle preventative maintenance and facilities maintenance to ensure the availability of vehicles for operational needs while minimizing downtime.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records, maintenance histories, and compliance documentation of vehicles ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations concerning fleet management.
- Preparing necessary paperwork to demonstrate compliance.
- Providing guidance to company drivers on safety protocols, SiteDocs, and company policies in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.

High School Diploma, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a similar role.Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and data management software.Preferred Qualifications
