Reporting to the store manager, the objective of the key holder is to assist customers in all aspects of the guest experience.

We strive to provide a friendly and outgoing shopping experience for everyone who walks in the door!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Assisting in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
• Adhering to the 5 non-negotiables
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are met
• Ensuring accuracy of pricing and signage standards
• Receiving and processing inbound freight
• Actively driving KPIs
• Merchandising to standard
• Ensuring a deep understanding of product knowledge
• A complete understanding of the POS
• Must be fully capable of opening and / or closing the store and making bank deposit.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Be able to climb ladders
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Skills Required :

Excellent customer service skills

Management experience (preferred)

Day range : 8 hour shifts

8 hour shifts

Opening and closing shifts

Holidays

Sunday to Saturday
