Scada Engineer

Scada and CygNet Experience is must
This role will work with customer internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a process for gathering the requirements for the OT SCADA software and customer service applications interface.
This person will be responsible for the following tasks and Deliverables :
Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys with the relevant stakeholders and users to elicit their needs, expectations, and pain points and providing a summary report
Documenting the current state and future state of the interface, including the data flows, business rules, use cases, and user stories and providing a current and future state document.
Identifying the gaps, issues, and risks associated with the interface and proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
Validating the requirements with the stakeholders and users and obtaining their feedback and approval.
Creating a requirements traceability matrix to ensure the alignment of the requirements with the project objectives and scope.
Preparing a requirements specification document that defines the functional and non-functional requirements for the interface.
Must meet the following requirements which must be provided in their resume or as an attachment to their resume :
Experience in process development and business analysis.
Prior experience with pipeline control centres and operational technology within the last years.
Past experience in creating approach and methodology for requirements and sample requirements specification document, including a timeline and estimated hours.
Prior experience in the area of applications like CygNet, OASyS, Oracle, or similar OT SCADA software and customer service applications within the last years.
