Strategy & Operations - Senior Analyst, Technology

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations Technology, you will :

• Support with developing business strategies to evaluate opportunities, propose plans, and ensure the optimal execution of sales driving and profit maximizing opportunities
• Support with designing operating models to build or optimize the structure of the Technology organization
• Build the standard tools required for Technology teams to operate such as frameworks, reference materials, templates, toolkits, and more
• Support with designing or optimizing Technology programs that enable the business to scale
• Seamlessly integrate optimized infrastructure into the day to day of the business

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations - Technology has :

• Proven skills, education, and / or applicable certificationsMaster’s degree in Business Administration or related field an assetExperience in technology strategy and / or digital transformation consulting strongly preferred Experience with IT strategy and / or integration roadmap development is an asset
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000- $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
