Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and shipment processes
Oversee inventory management, including cycle counting, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment
Monitor and analyze warehouse operations to identify areas for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and workflow
Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and best practices
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse
Qualification / Skills
Strong data analysis skills to assess warehouse performance metrics
Proven experience in supervising warehouse operations
Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems
Knowledge of warehouse distribution principles and practices
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes effectively
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain accurate records
Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar software for documentation purposes
Continuous improvement mindset to drive operational efficiency
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
