We are committed to excellence and seek passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. We are a family owned business with a fun enjoyable atmosphere, our hours are 8 : 30am to 5 : 00 pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate quotations and source products as required
- Offer comprehensive information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Document and maintain accurate customer records based on interactions
- Develop and continually update a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of the lifting and rigging industry is preferred
