Part Time Retail Sales Associate

Schedule: Fridays/Saturdays plus one full weekend end a month. Flexibility to pick up additional days as needed is a plus. This role offers opportunity to grow!

Twist is a well-loved boutique in the heart of Kitsilano, and we’re looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to stay connected to fashion on a part time basis.

As a small, dedicated team, we work collaboratively and support one another. Whether it’s helping a teammate on the floor or providing an exceptional experience for our clients, we value flexibility, a positive attitude, and a shared passion for style.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every shopper
• Style clients and help them build confidence (and great wardrobes)
• Offer honest feedback and guidance on fit and styling
• Keep the store looking beautiful: tagging, hanging, merchandising
• Jump in where needed – light cleaning, organizing, and team support

Who You Are

• Experience with Shopify
• You’ve got an eye for style and a love for helping people feel great
• Customer service experience who's friendly, approachable, and great with people
• Strong communicator who listens to what customers are really looking for
• A team player who’s happy to jump in and support wherever needed
• Familiar with brands, fit, and current trends

The Details

• 1 weekend per month, plus occasional shifts to cover sick or vacation days
• Must be available on-call and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
