LOCATION : Osoyoos, BC
STATUS : Seasonal Hourly Contract (Mar Oct)
COMPENSATION : $20-$23 / hour plus % of team gratuity program

OPPORTUNITY :
As the Line Cook at Nk’Mip Cellars, you play a crucial role in crafting the dining experience our guests will cherish. From their arrival, you contribute to creating lasting memories by delivering an exceptional experience that complements our award-winning wines.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work as a part of an experienced and tight knit team to prepare and execute daily lunch service and occasional private events.
- We pride ourselves on offering local, quality food in a timely, consistent manner.
- Daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as requested by our Winery Chef; a prepared team and clean restaurant are essential for positive guest experiences!
REQUIREMENTS :
- Courteous, friendly, professional attitude
- Detail oriented, multitasking ability and strong work ethic required both individually and as part of a team
- Minimum one year’s experience working in a kitchen.
- Food Safe & WHIMIS are assets, although training will be provided.
- Able to lift 40lbs, work in hot summer temperatures & stand for long periods of time.
