We are looking for a highly skilled Line Producer to join our VFX Production team. In this role you will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting and crewing projects, ensuring delivery creatively, on budget and on time.
This is a great role for someone who is able to build very strong relationships with teams as well as clients, to deliver world class projects.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for overall schedule and budget management.
- Provide regular weekly reporting to the Producer.
- Ensure a process is in place for transparent and timely communication within the production team and to clients.
- Work with the Producer to define and document production workflows in partnership with the client before production begins and adapt as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative environment that celebrates achievement and teamwork, as well as provide timely feedback and performance management if needed.
- Responsible for getting and keeping inventory flowing through the pipeline and hitting quotas.
- Partner with creative and production leadership to resolve productivity issues.
- Responsible for establishing dailies process that ensures effective communication to support client vision and alignment to schedule.
- Measure and assess productivity against the schedule and left to complete. Proactively provide solutions.
- Responsible for show organisational chart and hiring, training and on boarding crew.
- Work with the Producer to manage credits process and post mortem meetings.
Requirements
- Line Production experience or Production Manager with extensive experience in VFX processes.
- Experienced leader within a dynamic and fast paced culture
- Excellent, proven organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage creative leaders while meeting the needs of the production
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company as well as external partners or guests
- Proven record of working well on a team and enjoys a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Shotgun software
