Call Centre Agent – Windows and Doors Company (Vaughan & Calgary)

We are a Windows and Doors company with offices in Vaughan and Calgary, looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our team.

Job Description :

Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads) to book in-home appointments.
Achieve daily and weekly appointment setting targets.
Confirm appointments by phone and email to ensure quality and attendance.
Accurately follow lead generation procedures and qualification criteria.
Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre or telemarketing role (preferred).

Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
