Client Relationship Manager - Account Manager

Responsibilities :
- Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business, as well as assist senior level colleagues with maintaining and expanding large or complex accounts
- Work to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and address escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner to ensure operational excellence and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct research and analysis to target new buyer hubs and gain insight into expansion opportunities, strategizing internal offerings and market trends to ideally institutionalize accounts within the business.
- Analyze and conceptualize collected project, account, and market data into viable offerings for proposal work, both for personal accounts and superior colleagues' accounts.
- Assist in developing custom solutions to address account and / or prospective account needs for complex accounts, and effectively present or assist with presentations for all solutions to senior colleagues or accounts / prospects .
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
