Job Title : Sales and Service Supervisor

Some of what you will do in this role includes :

• Oversee the daily operation of the business unit and organization during the President’s absence
• Act as a hands-on leader developing, coaching and mentoring staff
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities and generate sales opportunities
• Work with the Inventory Manager to ensure best pricing & purchasing efficiency
• Assist Service Technicians and Dispatch to ensure efficiencies are realized in job planning and execution
• Ensure excellent customer service and help with customer-related issues

You should have the following in your background to apply :

• Degree in business / marketing, trades or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in service-related industry
• Experience with people and project management
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, purchasing & quality assurance
• Dynamic, flexible, goal-oriented and results-focused leadership
