Instructor
North York Taekwondo is looking for Instructors to join our team in Toronto, ON.
Hours & Compensation :
Monday Friday : 3pm 8pm, Saturday mornings (20-30 hrs / week) part-time (30-40 hrs / week) full-time
Starting pay : $18-$25 / hr as per qualifications
North York Taekwondo are the industry leaders for Taekwondo and Martial Arts Development in the city of North York. We focus on improving the quality of our student’s lives through the practice of Taekwondo and instilling positive life skills like focus, confidence, respect, and indomitable spirit.

The successful applicant must love dealing with parents and students, be able to work in a fast paced environment, be a focused and respectful team player, have a willingness to learn and most of all a passion and love of Martial Arts.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Certified Taekwondo Black Belt with Kukkiwon (please do not apply if you do not have this or a Black Belt in a different discipline)
- Strong organizational skills and strong communication skills are also required.
- Must have valid work visa, permanent resident status or Canadian citizenship
- Prior teaching experience with children, youth and adults
- Successful candidate will work directly with the owner of the club and manager and will be responsible for teaching children, youth, and adult classes.
