IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support for desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, networks, security, and residential IT. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services and applications.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of residential IT systems.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT solutions.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and processes.
• Work both in-house and at clients’ office or home.
