Store Manager
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our team at one of our Burnaby location's in British Columbia.
GameStop Store Managers are responsible to maximize their store results by providing leadership and support to their team.
They ensure that their team provides exceptional customer experiences that guarantee we retain our position as Canada’s number one destination for gaming / electronics.
To do this, they must coach, mentor and develop their associates daily in addition to attracting and retaining the best talent in retail.
With the best people in place, making sure they have all the necessary training and tools to be successful in their role is essential.
Building strong relationships is a must and Store Managers must be able to identify top performers and create a plan to help them grow with the company.

As a Store Manager, your interpersonal, communication and leadership skills must be advanced with a proven track record of successfully leading teams to outstanding results.
You must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of store management experience is necessary.
