Summary / Résumé

Mandat de gestion de projet senior visant la mise à niveau d’un système de dossier de santé électronique (EHR) hautement intégré. Le rôle implique la coordination de nombreux correctifs et améliorations, la gestion de tests complexes ainsi que l’alignement stratégique avec la haute direction et de multiples parties prenantes en milieu de la santé.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

  • Piloter la mise à niveau de version du système EHR
  • Mener les consultations initiales avec la haute direction pour définir la vision et les parties prenantes
  • Développer une matrice RACI et des lignes directrices de communication
  • Gérer les attentes des parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Élaborer et contrôler le plan de tests, la portée, l’échéancier et les ressources
  • Définir les activités de test, estimer les efforts et appuyer certains scénarios / scripts de tests
  • Assurer le suivi de la performance, du budget, des risques et des livrables
  • Produire les rapports d’avancement pour les sponsors, comités directeurs et parties prenantes
  • Appliquer la méthodologie de gestion de projet corporative (charte, budget, statuts)
  • Escalader les enjeux hors du champ d’autorité du gestionnaire de projet
  • Effectuer la gestion des risques (identification, analyse, mitigation)

    • Requirements / Profil recherché

  • 8+ ans d’expérience en gestion de projets
  • Solide équilibre entre leadership, gestion d’équipe, gestion du changement et compétences techniques
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, facilitation et présentation (niveau exécutif)
  • Expérience en tests de systèmes critiques
  • Expérience avec de multiples groupes de parties prenantes (affaires et TI)
  • Certification PMP ou équivalent
  • Expérience en milieu de la santé (atout important)
  • Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada
