We’re looking for a Senior Process Engineer who’s passionate about innovation, thrives on challenge, and wants to help scale breakthrough technology from pilot to commercial reality.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine catalytic reactor models, perform critical process calculations, provide technical oversight on third‑party designs, and ensure our projects meet the highest standards for safety and performance.
• Lead HAZOP participation, manage technical risk registers, anticipate scalability challenges, mitigate risks, and embed safety into every step of our process.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and technology advancement. Support planning and execution of experiments and translate findings into commercial solutions.
• Serve as technical authority and Owner’s Representative with EPC firms and vendors, ensuring alignment from design through commissioning. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Pay Range for This Role Is

130,000 – 150,000 CAD per year (Carbonova Headquarters)
