Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Bachelors Degree in any field. (Five (5) years ofrelevant experience may be substituted)
  • Seniorlevel project coordinator experience
  • 35 yearsof vendor relationship management experience
  • Excellent project management skills and communicationskills
  • Detailoriented
  • Accounting and financial transaction knowledge
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Goodlistening skills with the ability to think outside of the box withcreative solutioning
  • Ability to handle tightdeadlines and stressful situations
  • Ability tohandle project and client ambiguity and provide suggestions toimprove work / vendorprocesses

Responsibilities

  • Handledaytoday client interactions escalating issues and impediments asrequire
  • Run / host client Zoom / Teamsmeetings
  • Prepare implementation schedules andcoordination between installation vendor and sitepointsofcontact
  • Coordinate with onsite / vendorconference room technical obtain electronic footprint surveys orconduct remote / electronic surveys with custom conference room buildteam and client
  • Coordinate with bothUSA / Canadian signage personnel and AV engineers to facilitatevendors design of Custom Conference rooms to determine AsIs andToBe configurations order inventory facilitate logistics ofdeliveries and installation teams
  • Coordinateall required quotes equipment purchases installation coordinationand followup of work deficiencies or issues as theyarise
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to defineproject scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment withorganizational goals
  • Facilitate clear andtimely communication between crossfunctional teams project managerstechnical staff and external vendors throughout the projectlifecycle
  • Proactively identify potential risksrelated to projects and develop comprehensive mitigation strategiesto ensure project success
  • Develop and maintainproject plans timelines and budgets monitoring progress andaddressing any deviations from theplan
