Your Role :
As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, taking charge of implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program.
Your responsibilities will include leading individual and group leisure / recreation therapy programs, organizing various activities such as arts, socio-cultural events, crafts, sports, music, cooking, and gardening.
You will also conduct resident programs outside the facility, ensuring residents have everything they need for a memorable outing.
In addition, you'll lead one-to-one sessions, groups, and large special events, adapting programs to cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
Work Schedule :
This is a casual day shift position with flexible work requirements ranging from zero to 37.5 hours per week. The schedule will include some weekends.
