We are currently looking for (3) Data Entry Specialistsfor one of our clients in the insuranceindustry.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $25 to $28 based onexperience.
6month contract : possibility of extension or permanentemployment.
Fulltime positionwith daytime schedule : 37.5 hours perweek.
Hybrid work : 2 remote daysand 3 office days from Tuesdays toThursday.

Responsibilities :
Set up plans and policies on the administrative system with a highdegree of quality.
Makerecommendations for changes and updates toprocesses.
Identify areas forprocess improvements and support development andimplementation.
Provide open andhonest feedback to the projectteam.
Cross train acrossdifferent quality work types.
Collaborate with plan design subject matter experts team membersand other project resources.
Manage tight timelines on a multitude of requesttypes.
Create contractualdocuments and websites pertaining to thepolicies.
Follow appropriate setup processes and steps ensuringquality.
Actively participate inteam discussions trainings andmeetings.
Proactively seekinformation and clarity when questionsarise.
Solicit feedback from teammembers.
Ensure conformity withthe company s Compliance and Privacyguidelines.
Strongly adhere totimelines and service level agreements on therequests.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
College diploma or related businessexperience.
Strong organizationalskills.
Proficient in MicrosoftOffice including Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently with minimal directsupervision.
Ability tocollaborate across departments andlocations.
Ability to workeffectively within a team (strong teamplayer).
Strong attention todetail and ability to identifyinconsistencies.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills both written andverbal.
Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken and written)preferred.
Selfstarter with greatinitiative who thrives in a fastpacedenvironment.
Positive andproductive response to challenges andopportunities.
Strongmathematical aptitude.
Resilientand adaptable to change.
Experience with data entry tasks.
Experience working in a projectenvironment.
Adherence totimelines particularly in working under tightdeadlines.
Familiarity with plansetup and group retirements with knowledge in pensions or financialmatterspreferred.
