Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team based out of Edmonton, Alberta. This role requires regular travel throughout Edmonton.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing, developing and expanding partnerships with our current brokerage partners.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and expand our distribution in British Columbia.
• Continually improve on a thorough understanding of the insurance market and stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
• Report to a Managing Director and work closely with other team members.
• Promote and model our culture, values and brand promise.
• Develop and achieve specific company objectives and goals.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Compensation

Salary Range : CAD $80,000-$100,000. Bonus incentive programs are in place, and a car allowance plus gas reimbursement for company travel are provided in addition to base pay.
