Job Title : Sales Recruiter
Job Overview :
The Sales Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing highly qualified sales professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their unique requirements, implement effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications for sales roles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, industry networks, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, considering both technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain an active and well-nurtured candidate pipeline, ensuring a robust pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and streamline the recruitment process
- Negotiate and extend employment offers to successful candidates, while ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
