Remote Senior Client Growth Consultant (High-Ticket Sales)

Location:

Remote open to applicants based in the UK USA Canada Australia Ireland Netherlands Germany or Sweden.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to step into a senior consultative sales role within a global growth-focused organisation operating in the leadership and personal development sector.

As a Remote Senior Client Growth Consultant youll engage in high-quality values-led conversations with professionals exploring meaningful career and personal growth opportunities. This is a results-driven role focused on high-ticket offerings where credibility trust and professional communication matter more than volume or pressure tactics.

This role suits individuals who are confident operating at a senior level enjoy structured sales environments and want their work to align with long-term professional growth.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct structured consultative conversations with qualified professionals.
  • Guide prospects through professional presentations and digital resources.
  • Assess alignment and readiness using a clear values-based process.
  • Build trusted relationships throughout the decision and onboarding journey.
  • Work within a proven sales and marketing framework supported by digital tools.
  • Take part in ongoing training mentorship and skills development.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years professional experience (not suitable for students or recent graduates).
  • Backgrounds in sales consulting recruitment leadership coaching or client engagement are well aligned.
  • Strong confident communicator with professional-level English.
  • Self-directed reliable and comfortable working independently.
  • Able to commit 1015 hours per week consistently.
  • Motivated by performance-based outcomes and professional development.
  • Comfortable operating fully remote across eligible regions.
