WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR : We’re looking for native speakers of English to provide quality online tutorial service to various age groups and wide range of students in different levels through phone and video platform.

Hence, phone classes are still mostly done catering to senior students from top corporations from various fields.

OUR WORKING HOURS :

6 : 00 AM - 24 : 00 MN (KST)

PEAK HOURS : AM - 6 : 00 - 10 : 00 (KST) / PM - 17 : 00 - 24 : 00 (KST)

WE DO NOT OPERATE ON BOOKING SYSTEM . Our students enroll their classes on a regular schedule so we look forward to hire someone who has high regard for commitment.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :

A native speaker with a clear speaking voice and a neutral accent. MUST have a passport from one of the following countries : USA, UK, AU & CANADA

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.

Can conduct lesson based but interactive and conversation- driven classes.

Punctual with strong sense of responsibility . Energetic and hardworking and can work with a team.

MUST have hi-speed Internet LAN / WIRED connection with atleast 25mbps speed. (LAN connection is required; a wifi-only connection is not sufficient)

Aptitude for working with computers

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct phone and / or video classes on a 10, 15, 20, 25 &

30-minute class duration.

• Provide verbal and written corrections to the students.
• Write detailed and objective comments about the student’s performance during the class on a daily basis.
• Accomplish student’s monthly evaluation.
• Accomplish Student’s writing correction request

• Successful applicants can get an hourly pay of $14.
• Perfect attendance incentive of +$1 to hourly rate after 3 months.
