Compensation & Benefits

  • $61,000 - $75,000 per year inclusive of Tip Pool Share
  • Tip Pool Share (Average $6K-$10K annually)
  • Target Base and Profit-Sharing Management Bonus Plan = YOU share in the success you help create!

  • What It Takes to Be a Red Robin Assistant Manager

  • Leadership Experience : Minimum 1+ years in restaurant management (or equivalent hospitality / retail leadership). You’ve led teams, driven results, and created an incredible guest experience.

  • Passion for Service & Hospitality : Hospitality is more than just food—it’s an experience. You know how to create memorable moments for guests and an exceptional workplace culture.
