Manager, Logistics & Key Accounts
The primary focus of the Manager, Logistics & Key Account is managing a team of people, as well as Managing a portfolio of Projects / Orders.
In this role you will be responsible for the overall performance of the team, not just your own; therefore, the ideal person needs to be a hands-on 'Captain' not just a Coach.
You will need to evaluate and adjust performance goals and develop processes that drive productivity.
In order to be successful in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.
Dealing with Key Accounts, means providing 5-star service, extreme attention to detail, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
You must be able to fully understand vendor guideline requirements and all parts of the Sales process, Purchase Orders, Shipping and Logistics, in order to properly communicate and manage timelines & expectations.
