Medical Laboratory Assistant

We are currently looking to staff an urgent immediate opening in our Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) instructional team for a Part-Time Term position as Medical Laboratory Assistant Faculty in the practical laboratory setting. This role could be occupied by a Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) or a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) and is that of Secondary Instructor.

Under the supervision of the course's Lead Instructor, the Secondary Instructor would assist in the overall laboratory supervision as well as assisting the lead instructor in evaluating the student skills and competency in the lab.

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of relevant experience to the role.
• The candidate must have successfully passed the CSMLS examination for the MLA or MLT scope of practice.

Please note that this is a course that is delivered on-site at our main Moncton Campus on Flanders Court. Virtual or distance instruction would not be possible for this position.
