Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary : We are looking for a passionate Online Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers through various online channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order tracking, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts to address customer inquiries and comments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in online customer service or support is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, live chat tools, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
