We’re the future of baking automation - and we’re growing! We’re currently looking for an experienced Millwright / Industrial Mechanic to join our team.

About the opportunity :

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor you will provide your technical expertise and skills to assemble, install, maintain and repair equipment within our facility, as well as on customers premises, while adhering to general management objectives, company policies, health & safety rules and established quality standards.

What we are looking for :

• 3+ years experience; preferably within an industrial equipment assembly / manufacturing environment;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
• Ability to understand fabrication drawings, mechanical assembly drawings, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuit diagrams;
• Experience with general fabrication processes;
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools;
• Some familiarity with electrical circuit diagrams;
• Experience with PLC Programming is an asset;
• Conveyor / custom equipment experience an asset;
• Ability to travel (locally, nationally and / or internationally) for onsite installations;
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends if required;
• Ability to work within a manufacturing setting and at height when required;
• Valid driver’s license required;
• Forklift certificate is an asset;
• Overhead crane experience / certification is an asset;
• Scissor Lift training / certification is an asset;
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, an asset;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
