Mine Planning Solutions Consultant – North America Datamine

About the Role

Datamine Canada Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Mine Planning Solutions Consultant specializing in Stratigraphic Deposits . This role will focus on the implementation, training, and support of Datamine’s MineScape software suite, with emphasis on stratigraphic deposit mine planning.

MineScape is widely recognized for its powerful stratigraphic mine design capabilities, supporting commodities such as mineral sands, coal, potash, and phosphate in open pit mining environments.

The successful candidate will bring practical experience in stratigraphic deposit mining, ideally with prior exposure to MineScape. Knowledge of related mine planning software packages (e.g., Surpac, Minex, Carlson, or other equivalent solutions) will also be highly regarded.

Implementation & Technical Delivery

• Deploy, configure, and support MineScape applications focused on stratigraphic deposit mining.
• Adapt software to client-specific workflows in coal, potash / phosphate, and mineral sands operations.
• Integrate MineScape with survey data and operational plans.
