Retail Sales Representative

Retail Sales Representative – Victoria, BC, Canada

Acosta is seeking a results‑oriented retail sales representative to represent our customers in grocery stores within their territory. This full‑time contract role requires excellent communication, salesmanship, and strong presentation skills.

Salary : $40,000 – $42,000 (annual)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for representing ACOSTA in their territory.
• Ensure that all client standards are met according to shelf and plan‑ogram procedures (cleanliness, product rotation).
• Ensure new products are positioned on the shelf according to recommended procedures and maintain 100% distribution of existing items.
• Effectively communicate information from the principal to store staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for in‑store programs.
• Make sales presentations to the store and / or store manager.
• Respect the company’s procedures in performance of work.
• Complete detailed reports.
• Complete all documents related to the performance of work according to the assigned territory.
