Responsibilities
- Find the best carrier to transport freight
- Maintain relationships with customers / carriers
- Negotiate rates with carriers to find the best rate
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Coordinate freight movement with operations and sales team
Qualifications
- Bilingualism
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same position
- Good stress management
- Mature
- Experience in the transportation field
