We are currently looking for a CleaningAttendant for one of our clients a leader in real estate serviceprovision and personalized facility management services.

This roleentails both onsite and travel responsibilities covering a vastarea from Rivi reduLoup to Rimouski and extending to the Gasp sieand surroundingareas.

Whatis in it foryou :

Salary of $45.000 to $50.000 per year depending onexperience.

Permanent position : onsite employment with requiredtravel.

Fulltime position : 40hours per week including 30minute lunchbreaks.

Flexible schedules : earlyor late hours may be necessary frequent overtime and weekend workrequired.

A vehicle provided witha gas card : possessing a valid drivers license isessential.

Comprehensive benefitspackage : medical dental and vision coverage from 80 to 100%available after probationaryperiod.

Vacation : 2 weeks peryear.

Responsibilities :

Performcleaning duties in the Qu bec region with necessary travel.Possessing a drivers license is essential a vehicle is providedwith a gascard.

Ensure exterior cleanliness by picking up ground litter removingcobwebs from the facade sweeping balcony andstairs.

Sweep or vacuum carpetsand floors then clean with a wetmop.

Empty trashbins.

Dust or wipe surfaces suchas desks doors etc.

Clean thebathroom if present disinfecting sinks and toiletsetc.

Ensure supplies arestocked.

Replace light bulbs whennecessary.

Perform floorstripping or polishing carpet cleaning and deepcleaning.

Maintain sitecleanliness according to established visitfrequencies.

Travel in ageographically orderly manner to minimize unnecessarytravel.

Provide ondemand serviceupon client request.

Deliversupplies to sites where other employees arebased.

Perform any additionaltasks assigned by your superior.

Complete a full week of housekeeping duties at North Coast sites upto twice a yearmaximum.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Previous experience in cleaning / janitorialservices.

Ability to workindependently and meet deadlines.

Ability to use and maintain various cleaning equipment such asvacuum cleaner mop etc.

Attentionto detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness andhygiene.

Good physical conditionto perform physical tasks.

Reliability and punctuality to adhere to work schedules and sitevisit frequencies.

Bilingual inEnglish and French an asset.

Possess a valid driverslicense.
