The Corporate Data & Analytics (CD&A) team is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives. As a Program Manager, you’ll partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products and insights that power decision-making across Enverus. This role bridges strategy and execution - aligning data initiatives with business priorities while shaping the long-term roadmap of the organization’s analytics capabilities. Performance Objectives

• Manage strategic programs that enhance the company’s data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, self-service reporting capabilities, and overall data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Customer Success teams to prioritize programs, define metrics, and ensure timely, coordinated execution.
• Establish and execute scalable operational frameworks for intake, prioritization, and delivery of data requests.
• Contribute to data quality and process improvement initiatives to increase trust and accessibility of data across Enverus.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable workstreams and ensuring clarity of ownership and outcomes.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment as the CD&A team rolls out new tools, pipelines, and models.
