Our VICTORIA HEAD OFFICE is currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to support our Debit team. This is your opportunity to launch a fun and rewarding career with numerous avenues for advancement throughout our organization. Join our team and become one of our greatest assets!

The salary range is $43,680- $49,920 per annum and may be scaled with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Claims recovery, overview proper processes for vendor claims, responding to discrepancies / disputes in a timely manner.
  • Auditing documentation to facilitate full claim payment. Claim tracking, follow up, and resolution. Communicating and collaborating with our branches to acquire any supporting documentation.
  • Examining vendor invoices, internal quotations, and historic pricing to verify sales of claim amounts.
  • Follow and regularly review our operating procedures during claims processing, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement when necessary.
  • Make informed decisions using logical reasoning and critical thinking when assessing claims.
  • Job Requirements

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and keyboarding skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making abilities.
