In order to drive the continued growth and evolution of the organization and as part of a planned leadership transition, an opportunity now exists for a talented real estate leader to take on the role of Managing Director, Calgary.

Reporting to the President of CBRE Canada, the Managing Director will manage all aspects of Calgary Brokerage and Advisory operations covering all asset classes of office, investment, and retail focused on client service and overall market leadership.

This includes direct oversight of the firm’s Brokerage and Debt & Structured Finance divisions (team of 60) in the region.

In this broad leadership role, the Managing Director will be tasked with providing leadership, coaching and mentorship to a talented team of professionals, driving continued integration and improvement in processes and systems, and leading the team and supporting growth in market share, revenue and in new business lines.

As the face’ of CBRE in the market, this is a highly visible and high-profile role where the Managing Director will be expected to play a key role advancing CBRE’s profile in both the real estate and the broader business community.

This is a critical role for CBRE Canada as Calgary is seen as a key growth market in upcoming years.

The ideal candidate will be a resilient and driven organizational leader with a demonstrated track record of working through and with people to achieve successful collective outcomes.

This experience could have been gained in a similar brokerage, finance or real estate advisory environment or in an investment, leasing or executive position with a leading real estate firm.
