Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work towards independent living outcomes for service users.
- Provide crisis intervention and empathetic support to clients.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Develop tailored intervention plans and set measurable goals.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
