Financial Controller - 3 days of remote work in Laval

This is a hybrid position with the possibility of working remotely up to 3 days per week. Your tasks will include : -Supervising and developing an accounting team -Producing, analyzing, and presenting periodic financial statements and supporting budget planning -Managing daily cash flow, validating payments, and collaborating on cash flow forecasts -Overseeing the annual closing and external audits, and implementing recommendations to strengthen internal controls -Supervising inventories, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions to optimize costs. -Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and acting as a strategic partner to management. -Other related tasks.What we are looking for : -CPA designation. -8-10 years of experience, including team supervision, ideally in an SME or multi-site environment. -Proficiency in NCECF standards, ERP, and advanced Excel. -Motivational leadership, team spirit, autonomy What we offer : -Salary between $100,000 and $130,000 -Up to 3 days of remote work per week -Employee benefits -3 to 4 weeks of vacation
