RoleSummary
LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) are needed for parttime assignments inour Spring Garden Clinic. LPNs will provide assessments to ourVeteran community.
Weare flexible on the amount of days or hours you are able towork. (Min 4 hour shift to benegotiated)
CriticalAccountabilities
Completedall required Veteran forms. Assessment forms would include allphysical assessment ranging from spinal foot and toe internalorgans breathing hearingetc.
Qualification&Experience
Diploma / Degree(LPN) and proof of good standing with the College of Nurses with aCanadianprovince / territory
ValidBLS (Basic LifeSupport)
Atleast two years of recent experience preferably in a communityhealthcare / hospital setting or in LTC facility; new grads may beconsidered for hire on an individual basis providing they meet allother hiringcriteria.
RecentCRC / Vulnerable record check within the past 180days
Provideproof of Covid19 vaccination is required as per provincial Covid19Immunization and Management Policy. (All hires must have received afull dose series of a COVID19 vaccine approved by HealthCanada)
