Overview
This is not a “spray and pray” sales role.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for new management clients
- Respond to inbound leads and actively develop outbound opportunities
- Qualify owners hard (fit matters more than volume)
- Run discovery calls and property reviews
- Present management solutions clearly and honestly
- Close new management agreements
- Coordinate clean handoffs to onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking (no ghost deals)

2–5+ years in B2B or service-based salesExperience dealing with property owners, investors, or asset-based businesses (strong asset)Strong written and verbal communicationComfort with CRMs, pipelines, and follow-upsThe ability to manage your own week without babysittingProperty management experience is helpful—but not required if you can learn fast.
