In addition, we will offer you :
Base Salary & Compensation
$52,500 + profit sharing
Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates who may need to relocate within Canada to complete training.
The Role
As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a four‑phase program to learn every aspect of how our business operates—shipping and receiving, counter sales, operations management, employee development and more. You will grow a sales territory, provide world‑class customer service, and receive guidance, mentoring and support from current managers and teammates across Canada.
Program Outline
Upon completion, you will be prepared to take on a manager role at one of our Canadian profit‑center locations.
