The Opportunity :
Our client is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial insights and reports to support the company's strategic decisions.
You will also have the opportunity to design and develop KPIs, improve analytics and performance analysis, and support M&A transactions and strategic planning.
The role involves providing insights and analytics to support various business functions within the company. It includes designing and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the SaaS industry to benchmark the company's performance.
The role requires developing and maintaining financial models to assist in strategic decision-making and delivering regular analytics packages to business leaders.
Additionally, it supports the CFO and Senior Manager of FP&A in evaluating mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, pricing, and other business opportunities, including integrating acquired companies into financial reports.
Finally, the role involves managing variance analysis, overseeing cash planning, and assisting in the budgeting process and long-term strategic planning.
What We Need From You :
- CPA designation (audit firm training a must)
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is an asset
- Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience in process improvement and stakeholder management
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing company
- Ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Attention to detail is critical
